By the way, this video is produced to mp4 from avi file through camtasia studio. I didn't remember that camtasia studio could do this before, but just find it, so I like techsmith camtasia studio even more than before.

camtasia sudio: the screen recording software, you can also use it to edit videos to mp4, at least it's ok from avi to mp4 or other HD, not sure about other original video files, you can try it.
