I know many people may already know this.
But I learned this just now, Just want to make a video on this. 

How to speed up or slow down Camtasia studio video?

First, add the video to the timeline.
Then click the mouse on the right, choose the second choice "clip speed".
Then it will show a box, where you can enter a percentage.
200% means twice the speed as original.
50% means half of the original speed.

This way, speeding up can make your video shorter time.
Slow down when you want people to pay more attention to some place.
Or even part speed up, part slow down, you may need to split the video then.

But there is a problem with the audio 2 track then.
I think it's better you record a video after you changed the speed.
Then add the audio file to the audio track.
